Return Policy
Due to the custom branded nature of this product, Innovative Office Solutions does not accept returns of any product, apparel or accessories.
However, Innovative Office Solutions will only accept returns in the event the product you received is damaged, defective or if Innovative ordered/sent you the incorrect product/color. Email customer service with subject: Innovative Apparel Return to initiate the return process. Please include the following information:
- Order Number
- Description of problem (i.e. product arrived with a torn sleeve)
- If the size or color is wrong, include the correct size or color
